Founded in 2015, we specialize in Java, various frontend frameworks, SAP Hybris, manual and automated QA, DevOps and maintenance, modern UI & UX solutions, and provide tangible CX & EX consulting.
Locations: Łódź, Warsaw, Toruń, Munich, with remote work also available.

We’ll reach out to arrange a short meeting to get to know each other, and give you a chance to ask about the opportunity and what it’s like to work for Hycom!

Each department in Hycom has a slightly different process, but all include a few situational and behavioural questions and provide time for you to ask questions to our hiring managers too.
This meeting usually lasts for 1hr and is often in an open discussion format.

Work models
We understand that everyone has different needs when it comes to work, which is why we have become very flexible in the way we work. While our 4 offices are available for use by all employees, we also recognize the value of a hybrid work model. This means you can choose to work from the office, from home, or a combination of both. We also welcome people from other locations and have more and more employees who work remotely full-time. However, we understand the importance of face-to-face contact, so we organize a few gatherings throughout the year to bring everyone together. Our culture at Hycom is based on a strong sense of community, and we believe that in-person interactions play an important role in maintaining this culture.
